At Nomizz, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, our return and refund policy is outlined below:
1. Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
2. Conditions for Return
The product must be in its original packaging.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, accessories, and the invoice must be included with the return.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, a clear, uncut unboxing video is MANDATORY. Without this video evidence, we will be unable to process your return or refund request.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or message.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to provide your bank details for the refund transfer.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team.
6. Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or wrongly sent, Nomizz will bear the return shipping costs.
For returns due to other reasons, the shipping fee may be borne by the customer.
